Leading by Example

Leading by Example is an important implicit idea in many of the beliefs and practices of Why This Way. The idea of leading by example is simple: people often imitate each other's behavior, so acting in a way that you consider to be beneficial or good is often an effective way of encouraging other people to act in that way as well. Leading by example can also happen through people getting new ideas of how to act, by observing others.
